I finished 4 layouts this week.
I’d meant for this post to be Saturday as usual but events sort of overtook me on Friday evening & Saturday morning.
Those events will be a blog post of their own soon enough.

Your pages are so good – I’d love to know a bit more about your process. It’s obviously effective!
Thank you! I’m really a bit random about my scrapping. I’m all digi. The 2nd & 4th layouts are from templates & the other two are my own ideas. I usually have a story in mind when I start & then hunt up photos for it. After that it varies. Sometimes I pick out a kit and then either have a design idea in mind or browse my templates. Sometimes I have a design in mind & try to find a kit with the sort of embellishments I need to go with it. I am a kit scrapper. I might use a non-kit alpha or more rarely some stamps but I pretty much stick with the paper & ellies that come with the kit. Sometimes a challenge idea will start me off looking for a photo or thinking of a story, like the second one (scrap a relationship). Sometimes the kit will be the start, like with the 1st layout.
I remember most of these photos from when you first posted them, and the layouts you created with them are great!
I especially like the black & white/ bright color combo of the first one.

I always enjoy seeing your pages – the only kit shopping I’m doing at the moment is the digifiles and I am looking forward to working through more of those in a couple of months.
